Another pie spiced monkfish

pie with tuna and potatoes



Ingredients for pastry crust
320 gr flour 80 gr
seed oil

salt water to taste 1 egg



Ingredients for the filling
3 small cans of tuna in brine

2 eggs 180 g ricotta
4 medium potatoes, diced salt

pepper


I cook the diced potatoes in water with salt and pepper and a dash of olive 'olive oil (just to give you a little taste) and, once cooked, I've joined the rest of the filling.


Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
