Salty donut

A good alternative to pies this is salty donut, very good and not just diet.
The recipe we got years ago by Anna Moroni in The Trial of the cook, but I do not know by whom she had taken!

Ciambellone salty



Ingredients 500 gr flour 250 gr 0
potato
1 cube of yeast dissolved in a glass of warm milk
water as needed (about half a cup should be fine)
2 eggs 100 g melted butter

200 grams of diced ham (or sausage)
100 grams of salami diced
200 grams of cheese into small cubes (we have chosen a caciotta can also go Emmenthal or asiago, cheese, seeds hard!)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon salt






In a large bowl combine flour, yeast dissolved in warm milk and a bit 'of water.
Allow to rise for an hour and a half.
Meanwhile boil the potatoes and mash well. Combine all ingredients, take a relatively large ring mold (or two ...) buttered and sprinkled with bread crumbs and pour the contents.
Let rise another hour and a half.
Bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes,
