Is It Possible To Play Pokemon Diamond Emulator

Post and the New Age Prophecies

little over a year ago, in Italian cinemas, went out Avatar, the movie would have done more in cash the whole history of cinema.
others have already pointed out how well this film face of the "propaganda" to the new New Age spirituality ... (for those interested and then refer to this article of Santaruina).
elements neo-spiritualists or neo-pagans in the film ... and many are still many aspects in general are a little 'scary', I have highlighted some of these issues.

- First of all, the planet where the story takes place is called Pandora . A name does not appear to be randomly chosen, because it recalls to mind the history of the vessel Pandora of Greek mythology.
According to myth, this vessel contained all the evils of the world and therefore had advised Zeus to Pandora not to open it.
Subsequently, however, curiosity prevailed, and so the woman Pandora - disobeying a divine command - he opened the jar, thus releasing all the evils. A story in several places, has many similarities with that of original sin in the Bible.

- Some pointed out as the natives of Pandora venerate a "spirit of mother earth," and stressed that this is a clear reference to pagan worship or neo-pagans. A curious thing to note is that this "spirit" is called Eywa, name which has some similarity with that of Aiwas , the demon with whom Aleister Crowle y claimed to be in contact (AC, based on the "advice" of this demon, then wrote the Book of Law ). Eywa-Aiwas ... maybe it's just a coincidence, but as a coincidence to be significant.

- Inside the film are also shown special rites. Some of them may be associated with the rites of initiation (or their scimmiottature), other, perhaps more disturbing, seem driven by a collective ceremonies medium delirious.

- According to the "religion" of indigenous people, you can communicate with the ancestors "through a sacred tree, as if the souls of the dead survive within the plant (and merge with the spirit of planet). This point reminds too pagan superstition - especially widespread among the Roman soldiers - that the trees could accommodate six people dead souls. The fact that Na'vi communicate with these entities seems quite clear that a reference to the various forms of mediumship, spiritualism etc.

-Some argue that certain elements of the film was taken inspiration from the new sect age chiaata Damanhur (this sect has been active in Italy, but apparently very successful in America ... just to give some more information, I note that this movement has been awarded by the United Nations as a model for a future ecological society). Members of the sect have their own "temple of humanity" in a forest - as the inhabitants of Pandora - and argue that each individual is linked spiritually to an animal.

There may be many other things to add, and if I will come to mind ... maybe I'll add my comment comes a little ' later. We must say that this film seems a veritable manifesto of "spirituality down", so I do not think it hurts to warn, though with a little 'late ...
