Kates Playground Oiling

Again meatballs

admit I have a thing for meatballs.
I like to see, bring me joy. I like that they are small and round, made to be pilfering from the serving plate. I also like to give them shape!

These meatballs turned me on the head for quite some time and I think that the idea came to me was seeing (or seeing a similar version) on some blog. Obviously not quite remember the blog in question and I can not even track it down because in the meantime I changed my computer (yes, I have a long time, are years saying that they will prepare the meatballs and do not do).

Meatballs Zucchini and feta

Ingredients 2 large zucchini
2 / 3 of a pack of feta classic (the classic per pack usually contains 200 g )
bread crumbs 2 eggs salt
pepper

Dice the zucchini and simmer ( would be more good fries ... ). I put them in the microwave at full power for 8 minutes and then do not have to squeeze.
Add the feta, crumbled, two eggs, a little salt (the feta is pretty tasty) and pepper to taste. Stir to Benin and add bread crumbs as needed.

Shape into balls, dip in breadcrumbs and then frying them.
