The three terms are synonyms of the same psychopathology schizophrenia.
The schizophrenic tends - in a stable and non-episodic - to move away from the reality that surrounds him, from everyday to find "refuge" in a just world, where everything that surrounds it can not come in, touch it or reach it.
Oltra the loss of contact with reality, are present in the schizophrenic disorders such hallucinations, delusions, incoherence ideo-verbal, autism or total closure to the world and others, deep affective disorders.
The language is severely impaired and incomprehensible neologisms linguiostici, agrammatismo, lorry and phrases, "Variety of lettuces" of words, telegraphic style. This is SCHIZOFASIA . The writing is altered. Are present deletions, nonsense words (understandable only to schizophrenic), the message is encrypted, the words are discontitanue and sometimes upside down.
His SCREAM, manifestation of pain and suffering, a cry is independent of the "laws" or rules of society. It has no inhibitions. This is the difference between the cry of the schizophrenic person and the howl of the person known as "normal." The latter, in fact, is related to constraints imposed by the society around him.
" Ship of Fools" (p. Alessandrini. 40 - fig. 21) is an example of what just described. It represents the humanity which lives constantly at the mercy of the waves of the perilous life. The crew tries to escape the emotions of life (suffering, pain, etc..), Takes refuge in attitudes that can be identified as real madness.
Like a ship, CAR-Nival, man travels, into chaos, in a ship like the ship of fools, wearing a true mask.
