Body Musicale "Città di Trento" boasts the longest history among the bands of Trentino. Founded in 1801 is directed by a young teacher Michele Cont The new President is Oscar Bertamini. The body is enriched with new musical instruments and musicians. The presence of young musicians, together with other longer-experience is the distinguishing feature of the whole band. Even the repertoire is renewed and integrated symphonic pieces.
But there is just music: it is signed a memorandum of understanding with the Telethon. For this agreement, the Body Music "CITTA 'di Trento", free of charge and in a spirit of liberality, formally assumes the commitment to cooperate with the Telethon fund-raising activities to finance the medical and scientific research.
Telethon was born in Banda.
